YIZHAN — a small light, sent from Europe

An emotional-gift service built around a single, quiet gesture: lighting one candle for one person. The buyer chooses a recipient and writes a short personal message; we light a real candle at our signature location in Slovenia and deliver an authentic photograph plus a Light Record — a keepsake page bearing the recipient's name, the date, and the approximate coordinates.

YIZHAN is not a religious or luck-guarantee service. It is not a medical, fortune, or outcome-guarantee product. It is a personal, secular way to say "I am thinking of you".

1. Order — buyer picks an occasion and a package, writes the recipient name and a message (up to 80 characters), and provides one contact channel for delivery notification.
2. Real lighting at Lake Bled — a real candle is lit at our signature European location. No AI-generated imagery is ever used in the final deliverables.
3. Photo + Light Record delivered — the recipient (or the buyer as gift-sender) receives a time-stamped photograph and a personalized Light Record page.

• Real photograph — every deliverable is a real photograph or video captured at the moment of lighting. Nothing is AI-generated, composited from stock, or reused across orders.
• EXIF stripped on delivery — camera metadata is removed from delivered images to protect location and device privacy.
• Production record page — each order carries an internal production record so we can document when, where, and how it was made.
• Location honesty — Lake Bled is currently our only active location. Other locations shown on the site are labelled opening soon and never carry another location's photograph.

Personal data is stored in the European Union and encrypted at rest. The recipient contact channel is additionally application-layer encrypted. We use first-party analytics only — no third-party advertising trackers. Users in mainland China are explicitly notified that their data is processed outside China.
